On the last part, Bey was at her surprise party when she received a call from gwen, who was keeping the kids for the weekend. saying there was an emergency and she should get to the hospital quick.

jay: WHAT HAPPENED IS EVERYTHING OKAY??

bey: I DON'T KNOW GWEN JUST SAID THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT AND GET THE HOSPITAL QUICK. 

They rush too the hospital and run inside. they nurse led them to the room they were in. bey pulled back the curtains and saw the triplets laying in the hospital bed .

bey: OMG, MY BABIES WHAT HAPPENED!!

then suddenly...

Brooklyn pops up:"HAPPY"

Then SJ:" BIRTHDAY"

Then ANGEL(side note to Claire on the "angEL"..End side note) "MOMMY"

Beyonce: AWWW BABIES!!  * she just hugged them tight and never let go*

Gwen: Im sorry we had you all scared bey, but nothings wrong. i asked the kids what they wanted to do for their mommy on your special day and this is what they came up with. 

Beyonce: im not even mad , im just happy that it was a joke. now can we get out of here, i hate hospitals !
